Do you have a storefront?
YES!!! We had our Grand Opening on Saturday, February 26, 2022. The address is 1615 N. Hampton Road, Suite 220 in Desoto, TX 75115.
What are your business hours?
Days of Operation: Wednesday through Friday from 11 am-6 pm; Saturday 10 am-3 pm; Closed Sunday through Tuesday
Do you have special hours during the holiday seasons?
Yes; however, we do not bake the day before any holiday. Please check Google and/or our social media pages for the most up-to-date information about special days and hours of operation during holidays.
What are your payment methods? When should I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash and Zelle. Please make your payment upon receipt of the invoice. If you have a large order, party, or special event, a deposit of 50% is due upon placing the order and is non-refundable.
How can I place my order?
Orders can be placed via email or our website using the contact page. For large orders, please ensure you speak to one of the business owners directly. We will reply to all order requests using the email address that you provide.
How far in advance should I place my order?
All orders should be submitted at least one (1) week in advance. For large orders, parties, or big events, please notify us at least four (4) weeks in advance. * Last-minute orders will incur a minimum rush fee of $25. Any order that is placed with less than a week's notice is considered last minute. Please note that submitting an order request one week from the time that you need it is NOT a guarantee that it will be fulfilled.
Do you deliver? If so, is there a fee?
We do not offer delivery at this time.
What is the "packaging and labor" charge?
This fee is assessed when we have an order that will take up a significant amount of time and packaging supplies. The amount varies.
What do you have on hand that I can purchase?
We have a variety of desserts on hand and for purchase. The selections are subject to change daily.
Do you sell cake slices?
Yes, we have a variety of cake slices available daily. The selections are subject to change daily.
If I call ahead, can you hold a slice of German Chocolate Cake for me?
No. All of our grab and go items are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you use fondant icing to create custom cakes?
No, we do not work with fondant icing.
Do you decorate cookies?
We do not decorate cookies. We do offer a variety of cookies that are sure to please your taste buds.
Do you cater?
We will be happy to provide desserts for your event. Please contact us as pricing is based upon your needs.
Do you ship?
We do not offer shipping at this time.
May I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate in any denomination. They expire 6 months from the time of purchase.
Do you make wedding cakes?
No, we do not make wedding cakes.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free desserts?
Yes, please see our full menu for the available offerings. When placing your order, be sure to state your specific dietary needs to ensure we can accommodate your request. Contact us if you have additional questions.
Am I limited to the cake designs on your website?
No, those are examples of cakes that we have created for our customers.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your small order by calling to notify us at least 72 hours in advance. If you have previously canceled at least two orders, you will be issued a store credit toward your next purchase which will expire 3 months from the date it was received.
For large orders that require a deposit, you must cancel within a week from the due date. If you paid the order in full, you will only be issued a 50% refund as all deposits on these orders are non-refundable.
Do you issue refunds?
We will consider issuing refunds on a case by case scenario. Please note that the full dessert must be returned to the bakery in order for us to examine it. All desserts are shown to the customer at pick up time.
When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at the time stated. Pick up is 12pm-5:30pm Wed-Fri and 11am-2:30pm Sat. If your order is not picked up at the stated time, you will have 2 days to make alternate arrangements. After the 2 additional days have elapsed, you will have to restart the order with no refund of the initial order placed.
Do you have whole cakes available?
If you would like a whole cake, you would need to place an order. However, we do have whole cakes available for certain holidays. Please follow us on our social media platforms for the latest.
Do you make any diabetic-friendly sweets?
We offer a few desserts that are diabetic-friendly. Please contact us for your specific need.
